Baselitz returns to White Cube Bermondsey for the first time in eight years.
Painter, sculptor, printmaker and draughtsman, Georg Baselitz is one of Germany’s most celebrated living artists, with a distinguished career spanning over fifty years.
‘Wir fahren aus’ his exposition from 2016 focused on exploring the self and the physicality, the suggestion of time passing, the strange beauty of human decline and the exploration of the mortality in all of us.
Now, at the age of 85, he is back at the White Cube, with a collection of new paintings.
